Is it possible to insert a PDF into click learn recording or as a clickable recording/item.

Sure, you can add a PDF to your assets, then create a content block in your recording where you link to it, like this:

Hi Dave,

it looks like you are using clicklearn classic, in which assets are not an option.

to refer to a PDF using classic, create a note where you link to a pdf which is stored on a webserver.

your organization does have an attain license if you wish to use that instead.
