I have an online instance of Dynamics 365 that is set up with multi-factor authentication. I want to utilize the CRM Inside Help feature in ClickLearn. Can someone tell me if ClickLearn supports multi-factor authentication?

hi Kori,

 

Clicklearn supports Azure and Office365 SSO. I can see that your clicklearn license is not set up for this, please contact us at support if you would like this configured :)
