We prepare materials for clients which they review and accept or request changes and we finalize. We would prefer not to include the feedback section on every CL product, but it seems to happen automatically -is there a way to remove it or prevent it from appearing?

You can disable Feedback from the project template by removing the check mark as laid out below:
Please note: A new publish must be completed after making changes to the template. Otherwise the changes will not be reflected in the published content.
