PopUp not recognized in Assist Mode (UXP)

Hello,

I recorded a process in D365 CRM in which the user must click a button. This click opens a popup where the user is required to enter data.

During the recording, all fields and buttons were correctly recognized by ClickLearn (green border). However, after producing and publishing the content, I tested the process in Assist Mode and observed the following behavior:

  • The button used to open the popup is recognized correctly.
  • The fields within the popup are not recognized.
  • After closing the popup, the next step on the main form is recognized again.

How can I solve this problem?

Furthermore, is there a setting to enable “Any row / Any cell” by default, or is there a way to set this option to true in bulk?

As for your other request, currently there is no option to enable any row or cell by default. We encourage you to share this as an idea for our Product team to explore and evaluate its potential for implementation.
