Hello,
I recorded a process in D365 CRM in which the user must click a button. This click opens a popup where the user is required to enter data.
During the recording, all fields and buttons were correctly recognized by ClickLearn (green border). However, after producing and publishing the content, I tested the process in Assist Mode and observed the following behavior:
- The button used to open the popup is recognized correctly.
- The fields within the popup are not recognized.
- After closing the popup, the next step on the main form is recognized again.
How can I solve this problem?
Furthermore, is there a setting to enable “Any row / Any cell” by default, or is there a way to set this option to true in bulk?
