From memory in Classic version you could select to include or exclude the produced content type such as PDF, Word, PPT, Videos. Is this possible in the new version please, say for example I only want to produce and publish PDF and ‘Watch Me’ video? I could not see the option to do this?

Yes! that is certainly possible.
Inside your project you shall go to settings and Publishing template:
and then go to Entity: Portal and your options to include or exclude will apear.
Thanks Peter - I would never had looked up there, only thought the settings were in the menu to the right.
Now that I have changed those output settings I I deleted the original live content and reproduced the new content for publishing, however I now receive an error when trying to access the content cloud link, I think because I deleted the original live content? I would have thought the link would just update when re-published or do I have to delete the that project and start a new one? Thanks for your help.
