Is it possible to publish our content in Attain to our own secure Web server instead of to ContentCloud? Or, is it possible to secure the content when publishing to ContentCloud so it is not public content, but rather private - accessible only to our employees?

If you chose On Premise when you select deployment options, ClickLearn will let you download a full web site structure for local deployment.
If you would like to use the clicklearn cloud, but have authentication enabled only for your organization you could for example set it up like this, meaning only people in your org. can access the content using O365:
