It seems every time I update/republish my videos the system will create a new URL. How do I continue to just update the existing URL instead of sending out new links every time I update?

Hi
it sounds like you are using the “share” feature rather than the actual publishing process.
share is intended as temporary method of sharing an instruction, either for use or for review for example.

Basically, you build a structure, then you publish it - thats it! :)
the publishing link will never change, even when you add/remove/change the content of the project.
If you have any issues, go ahead and write a mail to support and we can look at it together on a remote session.
