Hi, we have multiple work streams that are creating recordings, each work stream has there own project to create their content/recordings. Please can you advise how the admins can keep track of when new recordings are created.

if you wish to look at the raw files for each project, you can do so in your portal with an admin role.

Each project has an activity feed where you can see what is going on in each project.
Lets say you have a folder called “Final”, then when the authors finalize their edits and move them to that folder - it will be easy to see what is finalized.
