I have ClickLearn 12.1.56.0 installed and both ClickLearn Connector 12.1.21.0 (Edge) and ClickLearn Connector 12.1.21.0 (Chrome), yet I'm unable to start a recording. The full screen stays greyed out, mentioned green rectangle doesn't appear.

At first, I thought my widescreen monitor, which allows split-screen, was causing this.

But if I work on my laptop only (monitor not connected), I have the same issue.

all the version numbers you mention are the most recent ones respectively.

 

it sounds like you may have an issue with the native messaging host, please have your IT (or yourself if you have admin rights) add these to your registry:

Thank you for your prompt response, Morten.

After adding the keys to the registry and adding Full control on the ClickLearn forder, the screen is still greyed out. I'd be happy to plan a remote session, can very well be I'm overlooking something.
