I am making instructions for IFS10 IEE and I am suddenly unable to stop recording neither by pressing both ctrl keys nor ctrl + shift with mouse pointer un the upper left corner. Have to terminate the program with Alt+F4
Any tips ?

solution was:
enabled raw input and disabled windows 7 problem in troubleshooting options
