Hi there
We have several recordings where the user feedback was marked as ‘Bad’
We have now fixed the comments given, so I want to remove that ‘bad’ marking from the statistics.
How can this be done?

Hi Rens,
If you write us in support, we can have our dev team remove the entries from the tracking data, we just need to know very specificly which items you want removed - possibly easiest if you highlight them either on the dashboard or odate and send them as part of youor request.
What you can do yourself is to create the ENTIRE tracking data for a project, but that means everything.

Where when you can ‘release’ the feedback after you have created a revision of the recording.
since removing the recording and fully deleting it seems a bit too troublesome.
(or where someone just flagged it as ‘bad’ while they didn’t fully grasp the contents of the recording)
