I am attempting to use a mailto URI for the Portal Help link in the Publishing Template. It seems to only accept web addresses…
Am I missing something? I’d rather not create a seperate web-form just to send an email.

Thank you for posting your question. It is currently not possible to use “mailto:” link in the publishing template portal help link property. However, you can add an email option using the external reference in the structure editor, as shown in the example below.
