Hi Morten,

Thanks for this. I believe i have managed to set the whole Template up in the format we would like. However, i am struggling a bit with the Word / PDF document Headers.

It currently shows the Customer Name (thus our name), Recording Name, User Name, Date and Page Counter.

Is it possible to change this, so it would show for example the Revision or a Document Number (ID)

Hi Arend,

sure, you can make it say whatever you want by pulling from the metadata.

Currently, there is no Morten’s Corner video for Attain video on this - it will come soon though.

But contact us at support and we can help you out :)

Thanks for the video. When I edited the Word document, I removed the “###USER###’ from the header.

However, ClickLearn would not save this custom template to the project. I received an error message when I tried to Save changes.

When I went back to the template with ###USER###, it worked.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you close the word file before attempting to upload it?

If yes, please reach out to support 😊
