When clicking Download Full Portal from Preview in Structure and Segments the published structure does not display. I get an error File Not Found. If I share a link I can use Download Full Portal from the link. What is causing the error and how to fix?

The preview is a limited-feature preview of the portal as it would look cosmetically.
Not all functions work as they would a published portal, as the preview would otherwise take forever to load if all the functionality were to be there.
Once you publish your project, however, you may find that more of the features in preview work as they have now been processed.
