For some customers, the IT environment the ClickLearn solution must fit into, can be restricted to only allow distributing the authoring software ClickLearn Studio from a centrally managed system. To fit this scenario, ClickLearn provides a MSI installation package, which customer can download from inside the ClickLearn portal. Use the ClickLearn portal URL and navigate to Releases, and click Download Attain MSI.

1. Go to your ClickLearn portal
2. Sign-in with your ClickLearn Attain credentials (choose forgot password if needed)
3. Use left-side menu to access Releases
4. Click top-right “Attain MSI” dropdown and select first option from top
5. Wait 1-2 minutes for file prep to finish
6. Click on notification in top-right corner and click DOWNLOAD to download file

Please note: ClickLearn software installed via MSI will not auto-update but will require a centrally managed update procedure to be completed, using the latest MSI from ClickLearn.
