Did you know that you can? add step numbers to your ClickLearn recording(s) by modifying the ‘Recording Template’ 1. Tools->Preferences->Templates->Recording Template 2. Expand PROCESS INSTRUCTION 3. Click on STEPNUMBER 4. Replace Language Independent  with %1. 5. SAVE As 6. Create Content->Produce
Did you know that you can build and share a URL to automatically launch a user directly into a Showme video? Just add: &t=showme to the end of an existing recording URL ! Example: https://help.clicklearn.com/ClickLearn%20Learning%20Portal/ClickLearn%20Learning%20Portal.htm?b=Product%20Documentation&r=Introduction&t=showme If this doesn’t work in your environement and if you are comfortable working with your template, add the following to ASIDEOBJECT_JSV. Otherwise request from ClickLearn Support.
Did you know that you can? Use an external mouse to resolve steps not being recorded when using a laptop If you find that you have completed a recording and the steps of the recording are missing this may be a result of using a laptop’s touchpad/mousepad to complete the recording. We have found that some laptops will need to use an external USB mouse to create ClickLearn content. Of course, if this does not resolve the issue submit a ticket to ClickLearn Customer Care! firstname.lastname@example.org
Did you know that you can? Add a bulleted list to your ClickLearn Studio Notes Currently you will need to create the Bulleted Note in Word and copy the information to your ClickLearn Studio Note. 1. Create the Bulleted Note in Word 2. Create a Note in ClickLearn Studio 3. Copy the Bulleted Note that you created in Word and paste it in your ClickLearn Studio Note 4. SAVE changes

Did you know that you can? Manage your users if you are the Admin to your ClickLearn Portal. Login to the portal https://portal.clicklearn.dk/ with your credentials and click the link ‘Users’. You can now manage your users. (Create New, Modify Existing, Reset Password, Send License Email etc….) One of three roles can be assigned to a user. (Customer-Admin, Customer-Author or Customer-EndUser). NOTE - Ensure that you send the new user their temporary password and if the user will be an Admin or an Author you will also send the license email.
