Troubleshooting Published Content with the Analyzer

ClickLearn Attain comes with an analyzer function that speeds up the producing stage. It achieves this by only looking at and producing areas with changes to the project since its last production date.

If your analyzer file becomes corrupted, it will not register all changes made. You can reset this so that it will look at the project in its entirety the next time it produces your project. To do so, follow these steps.

 

Head to Settings, then Published content. 

 

Find the project that you need to troubleshoot. Click on the ellipsis for options and select Remove analyzer. 

 

You will get prompted to enter a reason. Enter the reason and click Remove. 


You can now click Close and return to the Publishing screen to re-publish your project.
