Did you know that you can?

Use an external mouse to resolve steps not being recorded when using a laptop

If you find that you have completed a recording and the steps of the recording are missing this may be a result of using a laptop’s touchpad/mousepad to complete the recording. 

We have found that some laptops will need to use an external USB mouse to create ClickLearn content.

Of course, if this does not resolve the issue submit a ticket to ClickLearn Customer Care!
