Hi there, in the latest release the group title is by default narrated in the video material. Which is great. And it's possible to exclude it as well. But the material we created (200 rec) so far, is based on the title NOT read out loud. Now the group titles need to be manually excluded from the recordings. Is there a work around? Setting up a recording template and steps in the Language Editor is great when creating lots of recordings.However, what about if you need to edit the template retroactively? I’ve just spent all morning going into every single recording to slightly change the wording in the template we’d created and recorded with initially. This a real pain. The option to edit the template so that it applies to existing recordings would be a really useful addition. Thanks :)
Recording processes which involve keyboard steps, and editing the recording to make it easier to consume, can require time and effort. With the Keyboard Steps feature in the publishing template, authors get access to new ways to save time documenting these steps.You can find the new Keyboard Steps setting in the publishing template in your project. There are two settings – Use same thumb image as previous step and Combine steps into one (previous + this). To enable either of them, go to the Project Settings, Publishing Template, Recording Entity and look for Keyboard in the right-side menu, as shown below. The setting Use same thumb image as previous step will use use the image taken in the step before the keyboard enter step. This is useful if you prefer not to use the standard setting where the first letter of your keyboard entry is shown. The setting Combine steps into one (previous + this) will combine the text from both the step before the keyboard enter step, and the keyboard ent
If you want to use numbering in your recordings, to make your content more structured and easier to consume, here is a feature you will appreciate.You can now enable auto-numbering on steps using a setting in the publishing template in your project. There are two settings – “Steps” and “Steps – reset each section”. To enable either of them, go to the Project Settings, Publishing Template, Recording Entity and look for Numbering in the right-side menu, as shown below. The setting “Steps” will enable numbering on each step, consecutively through the entire recording. The setting “Steps – reset each section” will enable numbering on each step consecutively through each section. This feature update relates to version 188.8.131.52 and older, of ClickLearn Attain.

Hi,As an author, i would like to be able to assign numbers to the recordings so that they can be automatically ordered numerically in the structure. As an author, I would like to be able to drag and drop recordings on the Recordings page within a folder to set them up in a specific order so that they are automatically re-numbered.As an author, I would like the recordings to appear in the numerical order in the portal and display the assigned number, so that users will complete the recordings following the numerical order.
So I know you can turn on the option for users to download your portal content as PDF.I have this turned off because I want users to use the videos instead. However, I’d like to download a PDF copy of the portal myself, for my own reference as author.Is it possible to do this from the Studio application itself, or do I need to turn on the option > publish to portal > download PDF > then turn off the option > re-publish to portal ? (The latter being time-consuming and inconvenient)
This is probably a really silly question…. When you set up a custom play button - where actually is it? Does it replace the semi-transparent pause icon that appears if you click to pause a video? Or does it appear right at the start? I’ve uploaded a custom image to the Play button bit but I can’t work out from the structure preview where it would appear! :)
Hi! We report on our users based on what Segment URLs they are using to access our learning content.I want to give someone one of my Segment links, but I can’t remember it off the top of my head. After Publishing, it gives you a nice little list of all your Segment URLs, but there must be a quicker way to get to it without publishing the Project first? Is there any other place in ClickLearn Attain that I can find this list? The “Share Structure” option on the Structure tab seems to only share the whole portal or sections (not Segments) of it. When capturing a button function , example: Click OK, ClickLearn records the step as “Click on the button OK.”I would like to change the wording for this for all steps and not have to manually change each step.Can you tell me how to change it so ClickLearn records it as just “click OK” or whatever button name we are referring to?I only want this change to happen for any buttons that have to be clicked on.Lorie
ClickLearn Console integrated in Attain UINot Implemented
Having automated testing scheduled in background is a useful feature. On today this needs to be done via ClickLearn console which requires technical skills to do so.Can we have this scheduling functionality embedded in the UI of Attain? This will make it much easier accessible.
We are currently using IFS v10 IFS Enterprise IEE and would like to configure & migrate Permission sets in IEEE to the users so they can use Aurena. Thus we need to setup projections.The Tech team are having challenges in going to each profiles permission set and Granting access to the projections one by one. For example we have a few users who only have 4 permission sets but they are Internal Audit and they have Read only access to all the objects. Our team has to go the the list under the projection tab and grant each object seperately which is time consuming.Any tips & tricks on how we can semi automate this process. We ae talking over 250 users which permission sets unqiue to each user.Any Manuals or videos on setting up Aurena would be appreciatedregardsGuss

Hi, I am editing the recordings we created but, I noticed that every time I am opening a recording I need to make an extra step to change the language. Is it maybe possible to add a button like in the editor into the Recording section? To prevent making an extra step every time we open a recording. Kinds regards, Gian
I am trying to make an APT using ClickLearn on IFS APPS10, but it seems that the screenshot used in the APT flow to scrape data is not able to scrape data from within a tab.For example, in the below screenshot, I want to scrape the data within the “Opportunity Lines” tab, such as the ones highlighted within the red rectangles. When using the screenshot in a fork, it doesn’t recognize these fields and won’t let me click on them to scrape their data.It seems to recognize the entire pane where the Opportunity Lines are as one object, not the individual fields within it - note the blue rectangle around the entire area in the below image:Is there any way I can force the screenshot to scrape this data? Or is this perhaps a bug only on my end?
Hello ClickLearn Community, I currently have ClickLearn Studio downloaded with contents created. However, I need to download ClickLearn Classic in order to use it alongside with NAV. How can I download ClickLearn Classic If making the switch, will the recordings be erased? Thanks a ton!
Is there a way to allow the user to enter any text when using the assistant, instead of only the text that was entered during the recording process.For example: my recording has the use of a filter being captured in IFS, at the time of recording 148 was entered, but if a user was using the assistant to work through the steps they would probably want to work on their purchase order, not purchase order #148.
