Hi,

I would like to learn a little bit more about how to handle and manage metadata information.

I know how to enter metadata information on Recordings, Books and Shelves. It is quite easy. 

I would like to know how to set up the different metadata fields on a Word or PPT Template. Could I get an step by step guide?
