Are release notes posted prior to future releases, so we know what is being released?

Thank you for asking this excellent question. Currently release notes are posted when releases become available to the general public. There are a number of reasons for this, but mainly it is because some completed development tasks which where meant to be included in a release sometimes don’t make it through our final release test, and have to be taken out prior to releasing.
