Hi everyone!

I’m trying to find a way to monitor our employee’s progress regarding clicklearn material. I don’t mean just the analytics where we can see who’s engaged with certain topics the most, but what I’m looking for is actually monitoring the progress of individuals.

So for example, if an employee completes a clicklearn and does the ‘try me’ section at the end, is there any way that I can see the results so I know if they’ve engaged with the process or not?

The longer term idea would be that I want a certain group of employees to have completed 5 clicklearns, and achieved 100% in each of them before they can attend a specific event, for example. Has anyone developed anything similar?

Thank you!

Hi @SBrattle

you can visit this site for more information on the tracking:

https://help.content.eu.clicklearn.com/publiccontent/ClickLearn%20Product%20Documentation.1033/dashboard

the link also mentions odata, which i would recommend using with powerbi for the ultimate control over what you see.

Hi @Morten

Do you know of any way i can replicate this data in PowerBI? I’m looking at the TxtValue2 field and seeing ‘you have passed the test’, but i can only see this against some clicklearns and not all, but just wondering if there’s an extra field to have the total percentage score against each person’s record too?

This is the first time I’m using PowerBI so trying to teach myself as I go so this might be easy when you know how!

Thank you!

Sian
