Chrome Connector Extension

Hello,
record steps in Dynamics BC web Client, I got the error message
“In order to record from Google Chrome, please install the ClickLearn Chrome Connector Extension first.”
Where can I read the instructions to do so?

Hi Meinhard.

Very good question!

In ClickLearn Studio there is a “ClickLearn Learning Portal” - here you can find a lot of useful information.

You can simply just hit the F1 key in ClickLearn Studio and it will open, or go to the “Help” menu and click on “Contents”. You can also open it in a browser using this link:

In the learning portal you will find the guide on how install the extension in the book called “Web Browser support” and the guide itself is named “Google Chrome connector”.
