Chrome Connector Extension Pop-Up Issue

Hello, 


Upon installation of ClickLearn Studio and login to the Portal I initally followed the instructions listed to installed the ClickLean Chrome Connector.

 

ClickLearn Pop-up for connector given on browser startup

 

However, upon subsequent openings of my Google Chrome browser, I am continually receiving this popup despite it already being installed in present. Is there some setting that would stop this from reoccurring that I have overlooked?

Hi @marc.arguijo 

 

This message pops up if you do not have the native messaging host installed.

 

In order to fix this, please close Chrome, install the native messaging host from within clicklearn studio.

 

i’ve attached a PDF with the installation steps :)
