When doing an automatic recording - ClickLearn will only put the green box around the full screen and will not capture any text. I cannot find anywhere to make a change so that the box highlights the relevant area.
I have not made any settings changes to CL or to browser etc. I have cleared all caches and ensured Chrome is shutting down fully.
Any ideas?

Hi Becca,
There is an issue on some clients with the native messaging host, we are pushing a formal fix on the 3rd of October.
If you need it fixed before then, then you can have your IT do the following:
create a .reg file with the following text and add it to the windows registry:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
