I am trying to create a project in ClickLearn and each time I am locked out. I created as a project lead and twice as an author and have been locked out of all three.

Hi
when you chose to import a scope while creating the project, it will take a while while the scope is imported.
There are many factors that come into play, such as scope size, your internet speed, scope validity/corruption, etc.
I suggest you create a content project without the scope if you want to get cracking just recording.
If you have issues with the scope import for the other projects, contact us at support and we can set up a call.
