When we set ContentCloud access to private and set up access rule set via email, is it then necessary that every user who want to have access to the Learning portal have ClickLearn account?

Yes, default that would be the setting. However, if you setup Single-Sign-On with Microsoft Office 365, then your users can access the learning portal using their O365 credentials!

Hi all,

got it, wondering about licensing. So this means that every user, who want to read the published content, need to have a clicklearn licencese? Or ist there a special read only license?

Thanks, Bernd
