Hi Eduard,
I will try my best to answer here in writing:
All files are stored in azure cloud as part of your project.
When producing using the content cloud as publishing option, then everything is being produced on the cloud on our production server.
Everything that your license entails, your project files, tracking data, published content is within your own container and is completely isolated from everyone else’s containers.
If you are producing locally, then the production is done on the workstation on which ClickLearn is running, and the files you produce are stored on the local location which you have specified.
When using the share feature, a public temporary 30 day URL is created which you can share with anyone, typically for the purpose of a process sanity check or content review.
Thanks very much for your answer. Now its more clear.
Is it possible to unpublish, or disable the acces temporarily?
is it possible to remove the acces of the shared url bevor the time limit?
with clicklearn studio it is possible to delete versions of the published content.
To unpublish a version it is possible to change the active version. Or delete the Version with Clicklearn studio or on the online administration portal you can delete the complete published container.

you are welcome.
yes, you can delete a publication or you can adjust the permisisons for each published version directly from your portal on the web.
there are no properties to adjust for the sharing. If you are looking for a permanent and controlled solution, use the regular publishing.
