Hello!
Are there any recommendations regarding the display format? Every time I use the replay function, the green rectangle does not appear in the same place as in the original recording, with the result that the replay doesn’t work. I assume that this issue may be related to the display format.

ClickLearn works best with scaling set to 100%
You can use any resolution you want, you can even mix and match solutions within a single recording - BUT you need to replay the recording in the end, otherwise the images will not show for the non-recording native resolution.
If you originally recorded the process with display scaling enabled, you may have to re-record it, sorry. But try first to just replay it at 100%.
