If you have installed ClickLearn Attain using the MSI method, then a manual upgrade is needed every time there is a new release. To find out which version you have, follow the steps shown below. If the abbreviation “MSI” is mentioned in the pop-up window, you are running the MSI installed version. If not (as shown below), you are running on a RunOnce installed version which will automatically update ClickLearn when a new version is available.

Once we’ve downloaded the new version, and ready to install it, what option do we choose to update our Attain? Change, Repair or Remove?
