Why do some of our users have a path under “Repository” and some not? How can we set this repository?

Why do some of our users have a path under “Repository” and some not? How can we set this repository?

If they have the native messaging host correctly installed, then the extension will be able to see technical information about the site they are on and thereby populating the repository where applicable.
I’ve attached what they need to do in collaboration with their local it in order to resolve the issue.
