Editing associated text that references Annotated Screenshot
My colleague created an annotated screenshot and I need to edit the associated text, but I can’t seem to make the text editable...even in the Writer editor. help? I am only able to access the Annotation editor but the text is not in the actual screenshot.

Hi Carrie,
First you need to enter the step of the annotated screencapture in your case dobble click on All Account Forms or the pencil:
In the popup windo you go to Annotation editor:
In this ney popup windo you choose the step you wish to edit an click on the 3 … and choose Edit.
Now you can edit the text you need to edit.
Sorry I tried this but no this doesn’t work. On e the Annotation editor opens I get the screen (unannotated which is itself bizarre) and the only option is to crop and re-annotate thee screen..ther eis no editing option.
So….I redid the annotation completely and re-entered the corrected text. Then it worked fine -I suspect the original recording was manipulated in an odd way and that was why I was not able to edit. We’re all learning as we go!!! Your explanation of what should have happened was quite helpful!
