In Attain, is there a way to export a list of project recordings (see example below) along with the associated meta data?

I believe the full learning portal PDF created when published could help you get what you want. It’s available on the front landing page on your portal via the Download full portal button.
We have not published anything on our portal. Is there another way to download/export this data?

Another way to get to the pdf, is to create a sharable link via Structure editor >> Share >> Share with a colleague. Let the production process complete (can take quite a while - be patient!) and open the link in your browser. Follow the instructions above to download the full portal pdf.
This is the only other way available to access the full learning portal pdf.
