Is it possible to export or download the data on the screen that lists the recordings? we want to display the metadata as columns on the recordings screen and then export the recordings list with the metadata columns.

No, this is currently not a feature we have in the current version of ClickLearn. I would suggest you create a feature request on Ideas and Feature requests page here on the community website. Be sure to be as detailed as possible. It will make it easier for our developers to understand what you want to achieve.
