Failed to Start

I keep getting the following message when attempting to start a new recording:

“Failed to Start ClickLearn Recording Process”

This is the first time I’ve received  a message like this.  Any ideas why or how to fix?

This sounds very much like a technical issue, possibly related to security settings on your system, possibly something else. Either way, if you contact our support desk, we will gladly help you find a solution.
