When recording from IEE ( res ok at 1920x1080) the green box appears below and to the side of where i have my pointer at.

Hi
It sounds like you have either scaling enabled, or you have zoomed in/out of the IFS window.
ClickLearn supports 100% DPI scaling and 100% zoom level only.
If you do change the DPI scaling, then please remember to restart your PC before attempting to record again, this is to ensure that the new scaling will be applied to all visual elements.
