Thank you for your interest in ClickLearn Attain. Did you have a chance to review our Attain October release FAQ? It should provide answers for most of your questions, including how to sign-up. 
In addition to that: We currently don’t have a retirement date for ClickLearn Classic, as long as Attain is not feature-complete. I expect to have this information available here on the community website no later than January 1st.
We will remain committed to weed out bugs from ClickLearn Classic and keep it stable, until it is retired. Our future product development will be focused on ClickLearn Attain, which already in the current state has a great bunch of new features added, which will not come into Classic.
