In ClickLearn Classic there is a step to produce the documents (Word, pdf, etc.) and video files in order to generate them. How do you product the documents and video files in Attain? I don’t see that function.

In Attain, you can produce them by following the publishing process for the purpose of deployment here:
if you would like just a preview of a single recording, you can do it on the recording tab, here:
finally, if you would like a colleague without clicklearn access to preview it for you - you can use the share option:
