When editing the recordings, there are instances I need to delete/remove the text from a recording and do not know how. I have tried excluding from material content, deleting the text in full editing but when I preview the video, the text I wish to remove is still read out by the AI and it still appears visible.

ClickLearn automatically generates text for each step you record based on a templated formula. It is always recommend to keep the templated text, or change the template if for some reason minor general changes are desired. If the author needs to expand on the information for a specific step, insert a text block and place it with the step text. Using this procedure will pay off in the long run, if you ever need to replay your recordings, or localize them. If you want to remove the step text entirely for a particular step, you can select to display image only for that step.
