Can you rearrange the metada columns in the list on the Recordings tab?

Sadly it is not possible to rearrange the tabs.
What you can do is to use the project filter to have a bit more control of what you have visible in order to have a better overview when you have alot of content.
it is something worth considering for UX12, however - definately :)
