I would like to know more about the functionality of the “Additional” button on the edit page for a recording. I can’t find any documentation on this, the closet I have found is “Edit Work Instruction - Insert Elements” in the help section. While in the developer role it seems as though we are able to write multiple choice questions. I can write a question and a single answer, but not multiple choices. How are we supposed to enter the Option Text and Option Tags to have multiple choices?
I wondering if is possible for another Cliklearn user in my company to acess the list of my recordings, books, and shelfs on my personal clicklearn login interface - see attached as a reference.I ask this question because if for example I am the only publisher in the company and I'm going on vacation how are we going to manage the recordings and publishing? unless i give the person my login details. having a central system where the user can login into to manage the recording will be more ideal.
Hello,I would like to know if I can adapt my project structure in that way that I can implement the look/appearance of the navigation section. Please have a look at the following screenshot: Hopefully it is possible to adapt this structure or maybe choose between these two options. Hi all, When customers click on the assist or help icon in Dynamics 365, they are prompted to login to access the content. I want them to be able to access the content without having to login.I edited sharing to “Anyone with Link ( No Login required)”, on both the Shelf and Assist.This is Dynamics 365 8.2.x, on prem, and ClickLearn classic.Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
Just started with ClickLearn.I’m looking to find the best way to capture transient windows, such as date pickers and dropdown menus.Are there any accepted best practices for this within ClickLearn?I was unable to find any docs that specifically address this issue.TIARobert

I have been recording some processes and have waited for the green box to appear before I click the links in the process I am doing and once recording is done, Click learn only recorded around 3 of the actions over 10 actions.I am working on IFS Aurena. I have installed the google chrome plug in.
I made a text mistake in one of my recordings.I went into the recording and updated the text.I checked the preview (AOK)I save the recording, did a refresh in the recordings panel.Went through all the publshing steps once more.But when I go to the website, it still shows the old text.I also tried removing the recording from the structure and replacing it. None of these have worked, any idea how to update this?TIARobert
I enjoy watching Morten’s corner and love that Morten is able to record himself using CL. As training new employees, I would like to be able to record myself using CL instead of having to personally train each employee.Is this a software you use within CL that allows you to record yourself or do you use something else? Hey everyoneWhen expanding or collapsing a FastTab in Dynamics NAV 2017, ClickLearn does not capture the title of the FastTab. The produced instructions are: ‘Click the header Collapse’ or ‘Click the header Expand’. It would be nice to have a reference to the title of the FastTab. For example, when expanding the General FastTab, ClickLearn could produce the instruction ‘On the General FastTab click the header Expand’ or something similar. Does anyone know how to get a reference to the title of the FastTab?
Hello Community, In Classic, we need to know once we stop Producing the old WMV format videos and just produce only the HTML video, how can we:view these effectively from the View > HTML Video (menu).. it does load in the browser with a long URL, but there are no visible media controls and all it seems to do is allow me to click through the fields in :”practice mode” what is the best way to view these. convert the JSV.HTM files into MP4 videos with all the audio and subtitles included as well.If anyone can help, we would really appreciate it. Understanding that the ClickAssist avatar needs to begin at a place in the application that is intuitive for the user, we’ve modified our recordings to start from the main menu and then navigate to the actual starting point for the instruction. Prior to this, the user would be on a page and activate the instruction but there would be no “bridge” to get the Assistant to the correct starting point… The issue is that in every recording where we start on the left hand navigation for D365 CE and then go to a list of records and then select *any* record, the Assistant just spins going from the Main menu to the list view. How is it possible to know for sure that the Assistant can find its way? I’ve tested using the Assistance menu and changing it from yes to “Force Next” thinking that might be able to skip a step but that didn’t work. My customer is getting frustrated that we can’t produce a recording for ClickAssist that seamlessly flows all the way through with no hiccups. The recordings wo
