Sometimes in a course I want to point out or call attention to a field or the data in the field but do not need the user to actually click in the field or take any action. Such as pointing out that the data in the field changed. Is there an action, like a mouse hover, that will do that?

Can Meta Data be setup to auto complete on certain fields, vs requiring someone to update manually? Field such as:Author: Auto populate with who created the document Create Date: Auto Populate with the date it was created Realizing Create Date isn’t in the meta data fields, but it shows in the general listing of recordings. Which also is a challenge for me, as my Clicklearn populates create date, based on when I bring the recording into my list of recordings in Clicklearn, not the true create date of the course. If I create it in March, then remove it from my list, then bring it back into my recordings list in May, the create date on this recording shows May. Is it possible to show original create date, always? Revision and Revision date should auto update based on any edits by any author, auto populating (if preferred) with an increment number and date
Hello. Is there an estimated time as to when SCORM packages will be available within Attain? My organization has become accustomed to accessing training materials through our LMS, so with all recordings generated in ClickLearn Classic I’ve exported a SCORM package and imported it into our LMS. It would be wonderful to have this feature available again in Attain soon so we can continue the practice.
Hello,We have had to add a video pause to the end of most of our steps/notes to make sure the users have enough time to see what is on the screen. Is there a way in the template to add this automatically so we do not need to do it manually for every step? Thank you,Jay
Hi Community, I am a new user to ClickLearn and so far I have learned that the product can be used to create great work instructions, simulations etc for training.. but we also want to create some great interactive eLearning courses, can ClickLearn create eLearning as well?
When I have created my Shelf and published it, I create a link in my IFS that takes the user directly to the Click Learn Portal. Evet thing works except, when I select the word or Power Point versions and press open, IFS just hangs and nothing happens. I end up having to open Task manager and shutting down IFS. However, when I select save, it save with no issues.
Hi everyone,I am testing out ClickLearn to create some training material. When I use the Show Me function, it currently plays the voiceover then clicks on the field. Is there anyway to reverse this so it first clicks on the field, then the voiceover plays?Or if possible, can you remove the cursor animation shown in the Show Me function?Hope that makes sense.Thanks in advance,Brian
Our current template has the attached footer. We’d like to include the Last Produced Date. Can someone please point us to where we get the correct code to populate that will show the last produced date in the footer. We tried using ##clrevdate##, but that wasn’t it. Thanks
Hi All.At Rockwool we have commercial markets where our CRM users are not fully comfortable with English. To get our messages out, we need to also produce material in local language with local language screenshots.Clicklearn supports mulitple languages, but we are yet to find the best/smartest way of working with Recordings in multiple languages.Is there anyone in the community who have found a smart way of working with multiple language material?
I have created my structure, and I see the Recordings on the right panel. I want to drag and drop then into my sections (as I saw in a video), but I can’t. When I drag them they go between the sections. How do I do this? Also, if I have a recording that I want to go into multiple sections (I have one called Adding a Note that I want to go into each structure) how do I do that? I’ve watched several of the videos, and maybe I just can’t find the right one, so if there is one feel free to link it for me.
Hello ClickLearn community,Once the trainig material is published on ClickLearn cloud and is accessible to the end users, what are the KPI that we can track (available on ClickLearn portal) to make sure that the end user is doing the training? (for instance: attendance tracking, completion of the test me video tracking, etc...) Also, are those KPI trackable in an LMS? Thank you very much,Shahrzad
