In the past I have been able to take the URL once published and give that to users to access the recording. Now it seems each of our users need to register for an account before they can view. I haven’t done anything different in the publish process.

it seems like the content may have been switched to private, as opposed to public.
If you are using clicklearn classic, you can change it in the portal.
access the portal here:
then change the sharing access here
set it to public
