Hi everyone,


I'm currently working on the translation of my trainings and keep running into issues:

  1. When a recording (content blocks with image), for example, contains 10 assets (e.g., images), and a different language is selected, only one asset is shown across all recordings instead of the full set. However, when looking at the source, the correct assets are actually there. It’s just that only the first of the 10 is displayed. 
  2. Some recordings are set to be replayed, but I’d like to reuse the same recordings for other languages as well (video mode only - no assistant). Even though I choose to ignore the translation, it still doesn’t work as expected.

To 1: Why is this happening, and what can be done to fix it?

To 2: Is there a way to make this work without having to duplicate or re-record the videos for each language?
