I have completed a recording of an IFS Mobile Work Order Application process. However, when editing, the text within a list element is more of an address rather than a description of what the learner is clicking on. See attached image for an example.
Is it possible to change this? It will be very time consuming during edditing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @w1dawson
this looks like either a template configuration issue, or the system itself does not carry proper names other than the technical ones.
Try editing the first step, then click on the “create/modify template item”:
the template editor will pop up, if the %3 value is before %2, try switching them around.
example: the item %3|2
then close the recording and the project - open it again and check.
if that does nothing, then it is likely the system names - you can check the system names by holding ctrl+shift and double-clicking a step
“element text” is equal to %2 and is the user friendly name
“tooltip” is equal to %3.
i expect your system has both %3 and %2 populated and it is just using %3 rather than %2 because it is available.
if there is no %2 in the step - then whoever designed your system did not give the functions actual names.
