I’ve tried recording a process multiple times but while it’s capturing the relevant screen section, it’s not capturing the areas I’m hovering or clicking on. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it.
The process I’m trying to capture is tracking emails to Dynamics from Outlook. It captures the ‘To’ field and the D365 plug in and nothing from there.
