I published my content to the ContentCloud and when I try to download a recording in a word or PDF format, some of the steps are not displaying the text associated with them. Viewing directly from the ContentCloud works fine but the word and PDF formats are having issues. If anyone has had this issue or has suggestions on how to fix it, that would be great! I included a screenshot to help clarify the issue. 

This is the content cloud. The text in the second step shows fine. 
This is the word format the text from the second step is missing.

can you try editing that step so the hash # is not there?
