We have many recordings that we would like to save as PDFs. Is there a way to do this in mass instead of having to each one separately? thanks

Hi there,
The quickest way to get all your pdfs at once would be to download your portal and then get all pdfs files.
You can do this by going to Settings > Published Content. Click the three dots for your chosen project and select Download Produced Content. Once you have downloaded the zip file, you can extract the files. Then, using the Windows search box and wildcard search, search for "*.pdf" to find all PDFs.
