Within ClickLearn studio, I’ve created the structure to how I want it to look. How do I promote that structure to our company’s ClickLearn Portal? I’m not seeing any way to publish the changes. Do I need full admin rights to do this? Any information would be appreciated.

Hi there! Inside of your project, the fourth icon below the Structure is the Publishing menu. Here is a link to another page here in our ClickLearn Community that will take you step by step through the process of setting up your structure to be published anywhere! This video is about 25 minutes long, but if you scroll ahead to about the 12:45 time, from there you can follow along so you can get your materials published, too.
