Hello

When I open the recording tool the green square select the entire txt document, not where my mouse is.

I have checked in parameters (application under windows 11), and screen was at 100% scale.

I have tried the recording tools with a table and it works well.

By advance thank you

I have supposed that putting a picture in relation to the text isn’t mandatory and I could add later. I think that I have to create a new document with picture...

Hi Francis,

sorry to hear that, please try the attached pdf - it does require admin rights to perform however, so you may need your local it to help you.

if you prefer, go ahead and send email to clicklearn support and we can set up a remote session to help 😊

Hello Morten

Thank you very much for your process. It is an update of registry it seems.

I will try it with my IT department (administrator rights mandatory).

I will informed the community about the result.

Thanks

Hello

Sorry for the delay to inform you that the process hasn’t work on my issue.

But I have the explanation from the Clicklearn administrator of my company :

We are working only on Google suite office and Clicklearn not work on it.

Whatever, thank you very much for your help.

Bests regards

Hi Francis,

all good - to make sure that you can record at all, try recording www.clicklearn.com that will work, if not then there is a native messaging host issue.

if you can record that, but not your preferred application (Google Suite) then you can apply this theory to your recordings to make them look just perfect.

It may also be a security issue, where your Google Suite straight up blocks the native messaging host, if this is the case - you can try using the ClickLearn Authoring Tools extension instead, which might record it as it is less likely to get blocked, here is how: https://help.content.eu.clicklearn.com/publiccontent/ClickLearn%20Product%20Documentation.1033/clicklearn-authoring-tools

There is nothing you can’t record with ClickLearn!  😉
